Our offers · South Florida service businesses

Lead generation and local visibility.
Two clear ways to work with VMA.

Choose help attracting inquiries and arranging estimates, ongoing management of your Google Business Profile and reviews, or both. The lead generation service uses appointment-based fees. Google management has a fixed monthly fee.

01 / Lead Generation + Estimate Booking

Managed estimate booking.
Less follow-up for your team.

Done-for-you lead generation with follow-up and scheduling managed by VMA. We create and run your ads, pre-qualify leads against your agreed project and service-area requirements, and arrange suitable estimate appointments. Your team receives the appointment details, attends and provides the quote.

  • Ads created and managed: Account setup guidance, campaign creative and management for the services and area we agree.
  • Follow-up through to the appointment: Project questions, checks against your agreed requirements, supported follow-up, calendar booking, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling.
  • Details ready for your team: The prospect’s contact information, property address, project answers and appointment time in your VMA Growth Partner App. Attendance records show which estimates took place.

30 live campaign days. Your $500 advertising budget goes directly to Meta. Any increase requires your approval.

Performance-based means you pay VMA for qualified estimates that take place. We agree the fee and what counts before launch. An inquiry or calendar booking alone does not earn an appointment fee. A qualifying attended estimate is billable whether or not the prospect buys.

No qualifying appointments take place? No VMA appointment fee. Your advertising spend and any separately agreed number, platform or usage costs still apply. The pilot does not guarantee a number of appointments or sales.

02 / Google Business Profile + Review Management

Keep your Google profile current.
Build trust through genuine reviews.

We maintain your business information, publish agreed updates, help request honest reviews after completed work and respond professionally. Clients get useful information when they assess your business.

$499/month

Per business location

$0 setup fee · Month to month

  • Profile and business information: Clear service descriptions, relevant keywords, accurate details and ongoing updates.
  • Reviews and content: Honest review requests, professional responses and approved content for Google and connected social pages.
  • Visibility and progress: Monthly local ranking maps, an activity summary and priorities for improvement.

We assess your business and agree on the channels, priorities and delivery scope before starting.

Your first month is paid upfront, then billed monthly until canceled. No long-term commitment. Cancel before your next billing date to stop future charges.

This is payment for ongoing management, not a fee per lead or appointment. It is available on its own and does not require an advertising purchase.

Choose either offer or combine both. Booking a call does not start services or authorize a charge.

Ongoing Google profile and review management

Know what we manage.
See what changes over time.

We review your online presence, agree the profile, review and content work, and explain what is included before starting. Each month, you receive a short summary of completed work and next steps.

Your visibility report includes a map showing where your business appeared for selected Google searches at sampled locations. We compare results over time to guide improvements. Search positions vary, and no top ranking or deadline is promised.

Before you decide

A few practical questions.

Can I choose just one service?

Yes. Choose Lead Generation + Estimate Booking, Google Business Profile + Review Management, or both. The $499 monthly service is separate from your Meta advertising budget and any attended-estimate fees.

Any advertising beyond the 30-day pilot is agreed before continuing. The monthly visibility service does not extend your ad campaign. Neither offer guarantees particular rankings, inquiries, bookings or revenue.

What counts as a qualified attended estimate?

A qualified prospect has expressed interest in the agreed service, has a property in your service area and meets the project requirements we set with you. We ask whether they are authorized to arrange the estimate, gather their contact and property details, and confirm an available time.

The estimate appointment must meet those agreed requirements and actually take place with your team and the prospect. Qualification is based on the information provided. It does not confirm a technical diagnosis, ability to pay or intention to buy. Your team assesses the property and decides the scope and price.

The written agreement sets the fee per appointment, attendance evidence, duplicate and existing-inquiry rules, billing schedule and how disputed appointments are reviewed. A qualifying attended estimate can be billable even if the prospect does not buy. Read the appointment terms.

What if someone cancels, does not attend or reschedules?

An appointment that does not take place does not earn an attended-estimate fee. A rescheduled appointment is assessed when it actually takes place and is not counted twice for the same estimate.

Your team keeps availability accurate, attends confirmed appointments and updates attendance records. We agree how cancellations, missed visits, disputed attendance and any billing corrections are handled before launch.

What if an appointment happens after the 30-day pilot?

We record which inquiries came from the pilot ads. Before launch, we agree a final date for eligible appointments and a follow-up period for those inquiries. An appointment after the campaign ends counts only if it takes place within that agreed window and meets the qualification rules.

The end of the ad campaign does not make every later appointment billable. Ongoing ad management and any additional spending require a separate agreement.

Does $500 guarantee a certain number of appointments?

No. It is the total starting advertising budget for the pilot, not a promise of appointment volume. Results depend on the project type, area, offer, competition and customer response. We review the results with you before recommending further spend.

What does month-to-month billing mean?

Google Business Profile + Review Management is $499 per month per location, with $0 setup. The first month is paid before work begins. You then continue to be billed monthly until you cancel, without a long-term commitment.

We confirm the service start date and monthly billing schedule at signup. Email growth@vmamgmt.com before your next billing date to stop future monthly charges. Cancellation, service-end and refund details are set out in your agreement before payment.

What will my team need to provide?

Accurate business information, appropriate account access, approvals and photos or other materials you have permission to use.

For estimate booking, your team keeps calendar availability accurate, handles technical questions, attends estimates and confirms attendance. You provide quotes, close sales and perform the work. For local visibility, you share business changes, completed-job details and the permissions needed for review requests, and help resolve feedback that needs your attention.

We agree on the covered profiles, content schedule, review-response scope and any additional costs before starting.
